Chart Industries is looking for a Temporary CAD Designer for our office in The Woodlands, TX. The CAD Designer will assist in providing quality P&ID’s from engineering sketches for internal use and to be issued to the client.

What Will You Do? Gather information required for design & drafting Specifications Data sheets Adhere to Document Management System for drawing numbering, editing and issuing Use of AutoCAD & SmartPlant P&ID Prepare quality SmartPlant P&ID’s Prepare quality Process Flow Diagrams Your Experience Should Be... An Associate Degree, or 2 years of college coursework (or 5 years job related experience) 3-5 years related experience Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Hands on design experience in SmartPlant P&ID Working knowledge of AutoCAD Working knowledge of applicable codes and standards Knowledge of SmartPlant Instrumentation a plus Ability to work independently and proceed with objectives with supervision Ability to interface with other disciplines
