Responsibilities:
Bookkeeping:

Perform daily bookkeeping tasks including accounts payable, invoicing, and cash receipts
Prepare client settlement sheets and issue related payments
Maintain accurate financial records and tracking systems using QuickBooks Online

Administrative & Office Support:

Compile, proofread, and revise draft documents and reports
Schedule appointments and calls for attorneys and staff
Organize and maintain electronic and hard copy filing systems
Obtain and track information from clients, external organizations, and government agencies
Maintain and update databases and contact records

Office Management:

Act as liaison with vendors to support office operations
Order and maintain office supply inventory
Receive, sort, and distribute incoming mail; prepare and send outgoing mail
Keep the office tidy, organized, and functioning efficiently

Working hours: 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM
