Temporary Accounting Specialist

The Temporary Accounting Specialist is responsible for carrying out a variety of tasks related to the recording and reporting of financial transactions.

Your Challenge:

Assistance with A/P processing (including ProCard reports) and vendor paymentsManual 3-way matchingBi-weekly A/P payment runs including ACHs and wireWells Fargo Bank discount vendor system trackingVMI invoice tracking for two specific vendorsCash Receipt PostingsProcess card credit payments as neededA/P related reconciliationsAssist in the tracking of inventory transactions throughout the accounting systemGeneral administrative dutiesSpecial projects as assignedPerformance requires physical attendanceOther duties as assigned

Your Expertise:

2-6 years’ experience or more preferredTransactional Accounts payable and invoice processingExperience using MAS 200 (Sage) ERP highly preferredMust have strong accounting skills and proficiency with Excel and WordStrong written and verbal communication skillsExperience using and working with Crystal Reports helpfulExperience with Sage 100 helpfulTeam playerAttention to detail and quality orientation a mustAbility to organize work for efficient and effective processingAccuracy and attention to detail is a mustMust be able to self-organize workloads and manage all deadlines
