What You’ll Be Doing?

Maintain the Excel-based Treasury reporting system to ensure tracking and management of global bank accounts by business units Reconcile usage of the revolving credit facility and related expenses Administrator for all domestic corporate bank accounts Initiate key global electronic payment obligations Review US and Canadian positive pay reporting (both check and ACH) on corporate bank accounts, resolves exception items Collaborate with operating divisions to ensure proper usage of Treasury resources and expertise

 

What Makes You the Perfect Fit!

2+ years of retail/wholesale Treasury or banking industry related experience preferred International experience a plus Strong attention to detail and accuracy Strong communication skills Strong mathematical and analytical skills Strong Microsoft Office skills Working knowledge of banking systems/applications used by large corporate customers to exchange banking transactions and balance data with financial institutions, as well as initiate funds transfers
