Within this role you will be responsible in coordinating lab activities and acting as a key point of escalations to ensure seamless operations across shifts. We are seeking a detail-oriented individual who excels in communication, maintains high standards of compliance and GDP, and contributes to process improvements through meticulous research and reporting.

 

 

This is a 12-month temporary contract.

 

 

As a Temp Process Scientist, a typical day might include, but is not limited to, the following:

 

Supporting scientific investigations related to upstream unit operations of biologics manufacturing processes. Studies will be conducted in small-sale bioreactors at the 2L scale using Design of Experiments (DOE) or other experimental principlesSupporting all activities to ensure that scientific investigations are planned and coordinated cross-functionally and executed effectivelyDeveloping an understanding of the cell culture process and lab operations. Supporting small-scale cell culture studiesAssisting in the analysis of samples generated from lab scale studies. Tabulating results and performing data verification to support summary reports of process evaluation and validation studies present findings at group and team meetings Producing and maintaining accurate recordsManagement of lab consumables, equipment and materials

To be considered for this opportunity you should have a BS/BA in Life sciences/Engineering or related field. May consider another degree discipline with relevant experience; cGMP experience is desirable.
