You’ll support everyday banking needs such as deposits, withdrawals, payments, and account inquiries. This role requires attention to detail, professionalism, and a working knowledge of financial products and procedures. It’s a great opportunity for someone who enjoys helping people and thrives in a fast-paced financial environment.
Responsibilities:Greet members and provide prompt, courteous service and transaction processingReceive and verify cash/check deposits and process withdrawalsPromote and explain credit union services including loans and certificatesProcess mobile deposits, night depository bags, and consumer loan paymentsBalance cash drawer daily, report discrepancies, and ensure workstation readinessQualifications and Requirements:Minimum 2 years’ experience at a credit union or bankStrong cash handling experience requiredExperience with Teller Cash Recyclers preferredFamiliarity with DNA banking systems a plusAbility to perform under pressure with accuracy and professionalismStrong interpersonal and communication skills with diverse member base Benefits and Perks:Competitive PayMedical, Dental, and Vision InsurancePaid HolidaysOngoing Training and Career Growth OpportunitiesYour New Organization:This credit union is committed to member satisfaction, financial education, and community involvement. The base pay range for this position is $37 ,440 – $41,600, excluding benefits, bonuses, or other compensation.
