Report to Telesales Manager, you will be responsible for:

\n\nPromote and Sell DHL products and services to customer, and achieve business target, Growth and KPIs as assigned.\nAcquire new customers, grow customer base and develop new business by providing excellent services and shipping consultation.\nPerform business activities through carrying out inbound and outbound calling to customers. Customer visit will be on special occasion based on business needs.\nRetain and develop existing customers and manage all the account related activities including payment settlement, new process implementation, customer data maintenance and resolution for service and business issues if any. \nSupport and participate in business programs and execute country and regional projects as assigned\n\n

\n\n\nYOUR PROFILE\n\nDiploma holder or above with minimum 2 years’ experience in sales or customer services. Bachelor degree holder with less experience will also be considered \nStrong in problem solving skill\nExcellent telephone manner and handling skill \nWell organized and good at process oriented \nFamiliar in industry knowledge, prefer logistics industry\nGood command of spoken and written English and Chinese (Cantonese & Mandarin)\nProficient PC skills, including MS Word and Excel \nAble to work in a dynamic environment\nCustomer centric and result oriented \n\n\nOUR OFFER\n\nStrong career support in an international environment\nGreat culture and colleagues\nMultifarious benefit program\n\n
