Full Time - Nights  11PM - 7:30 AM  Weekends (Friday - Monday) plus on call  (Tues-Thurs)

Position Responsibilities:

Answers switchboard calls in a professional manner and treats callers with respect, courtesy and assists with information as needed.

Answers all internal and hospital emergency related calls that require escalation to designated emergency teams.                     

Uses online computer tools needed to seek information.

Pages both clinical and non-clinical on-call personnel.

Understands, interprets and dispatches all hospital emergency Codes and identifies communication action for each.

Monitors alarm indicators and enunciators for hospital locations and notifies appropriate personnel.      

Demonstrates a strong sense of urgency to all emergency calls.

Requirements:

High School diploma1 year of related work experienceBilingual in Spanish highly desired
