About the location:

Join the Four Seasons Cabo San Lucas at Cabo Del Sol team as a Telephone Agent. This expansive property will feature 96 beautifully decorated rooms and 61 residences, located in the "tourist corridor" between Cabo San Lucas and San José del Cabo, perched atop the stunning Baja California Sur with breathtaking views of the sea where the Sea of Cortez meets the Pacific Ocean. The facilities will include three restaurants, three resort pools, an outdoor gym, Spa & Spa Garden, and an event room in the clubhouse.
Be Yourself
Answer and transfer incoming calls received on the resort’s main switchboard correctly. Ensure follow-up on guest requests received via phone, FS App, and FS Chat efficiently, courteously, and professionally to achieve maximum guest satisfaction.
Knowledge and Skills
Education: High School diploma or equivalent.
Experience: Minimum 2 years in luxury hospitality service.
Skills: Reading, writing, and oral proficiency in English and Spanish
Required schedule: Variable working days and hours depending on operation.
Responsibilities
Answer phone calls efficiently and courteously, complying with Four Seasons and LQA standards, and connect each call to the correct extensions.
Handle guest interactions responsibly and professionally, fulfilling special requests, and providing timely follow-up on complaints and inquiries.
Ensure the telephone directory conditions and the system (AVAYA) are properly maintained.
Respond efficiently and professionally to any emergency situations.
Monitor and respond effectively to the FS Chat platform.
Complete administrative tasks assigned by the manager, including check arrangement, glitch reports, and partial creation of the Daily Operational Report.
Schedule and follow up on wake-up call requests or messages promptly.
