• 1+ year as a Telephone Operator for an enterprise level company
• Proven ability to handle high volume of calls efficiently
• Excellent telephone communications and customer service skills
• Demonstrate a strong knowledge of Microsoft Windows based applications
• Excellent customer service/ability to interact with clients
