Overview We are seeking aTelemetry Charge RN,sometimes referred to as a Telemetry Unit Charge Nurse or Tele Charge RN. A Tele Charge Registered Nurse oversees nursing operations on our telemetry unit, coordinating staff assignments, managing patient care, and ensuring continuous cardiac monitoring is safely conducted. They serve as both a clinical expert and team leader, handling emergencies, facilitating communication, and supporting both patients and staff.
