SUMMARY: Responsible for transporting and temporarily installing telemedicine monitors in client’s homes in preparation for preschedule daily monitored sessions.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Transport and install telemedicine monitors in client’s homes.

Instruct client/caregiver on correct use of monitor.

Determine successful transmission to the telemedicine central station.

Triage/fix monitor problems after installation.

Maintaining and cleaning telemedicine equipment between client use.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

High School Diploma or equivalent required.

Basic knowledge of technical equipment.

Must demonstrate the ability to receive and provide instructions in a clear manner.

Ability to travel is required.

Must work well under pressure in client homes and when working with technical equipment.

Excellent communication, interpersonal and organizational skills and the ability to work independently are required.

M - Medium Work - Exerting 20 to 50 pounds of force occasionally, and/or 10 to 25 pounds of force frequently, and/or greater than negligible up to 10 pounds of force constantly to move objects; Requires frequent walking, standing or squatting.
