Organizational skills, flexibility, excellent customer service skills, and the ability to navigate through multiple technology platforms are also the key components of the position. This person works with qualified healthcare providers to ensure the best outcome for the patient, and other healthcare team members to coordinate, communicate and educate all of those involved in the care of the patient. _*This role is in our clinic located inside the Walmart in Corbin, KY*_ **The value you'll bring to the team:** + In this role you will meet with patients to check-in, take co-pays, triage, pre-registration and schedule with a provide located at one of the physician practices + Available as a resource to all providers, staff and ancillary departments to provide education and training on the use of telehealth services. + Prepares analysis and Programs review report for analysis and evaluation of Programs status.
