MHS is hiring a full-time Dispatcher/Telecommunicator (CMT) to join our Central Monitoring team. This is a unique opportunity to use your dispatch, safety/security, and customer service skills to make a meaningful impact in the lives of youth. As a CMT, you’ll be at the heart of campus operations, handling 15 - 45 dispatch calls daily, monitoring 900 surveillance cameras, and coordinating emergency and non-emergency services across our expansive residential & school campus. Every day brings new challenges and opportunities to serve. **Key Responsibilities:** + Receive and coordinate incoming calls and service requests + Monitor fire, mechanical, and security alarms + Dispatch Campus Safety Officers and Service Technicians + Operate as the central hub for phone and 2-way radio communications + Respond during school closures and emergencies + Other duties as assigned. Work schedule: 2nd shift, Wednesday - Saturday, 1:30 pm – 12:00 am. Hourly pay rate: $22.33 - $29.81, pay is determined based on experience.
