Description TEKsystems is in need of a OSP Helper for our client in the White Marsh, MD market! This client is one of the largest Telecommunication Vendors in DMV and has a large present across the East Coast. They provide full turnkey solutions for both wireless and wireline sectors. Their wireless sectors are split up into a few groups, but ultimately support the major carriers (TMO, AT&T, Verizon, Sprint, Dish Network, and Crown Castle). + These helpers will receive great exposure to not only the telecommunications industry, but cutting edge 5G technology. + The Helpers will be responsible for supporting the outside plant construction crews in their day-to-day activities. + Some of these include open trenching, PVC pipe laying, cable/conduit runs, equipment handling, inventory, mounting equipment, hanging strand, etc. + Overall, needs to be the leads "Right Hand" and help the project become completed on-time. + They will be meeting at the yard and jumping in truck with leads. + Open to "Green" candidates with the right attitude, work ethic, and willingness to learn. Needs to be on-time and ability to work in teams of 4 (Foreman, Equipment Operator, 2 laborers). Quick learner. Ability to retain information and take initiative. DOT cleared.
