Telecommunications Analyst

In the Telecommunications Analyst role, bring your commitment to a team-based workplace that puts people first. + Serve as the primary liaison between the company and telecommunications vendors for all phases of the telecommunication services lifecycle. + Work with internal Field IT personnel on all aspects of telecommunication service delivery, including needs analysis, ordering, and billing; determine requirements, engage with providers, carry out moves/adds/changes, and ensure uninterrupted delivery of services. + Work closely with external telecommunications vendors and internal business units to ensure the accuracy of invoicing, payments, and resolution of billing disputes; identify opportunities to optimize service and reduce cost. + Serve as the primary contact of business units and vendors for account management, billing issues, and problem resolution. + Verify with the internal finance group to ensure accurate invoicing and timely payment, lead correction of billing errors, and resolve issues with telecom providers. + Conduct analysis of telecommunications spending across all carriers/vendors, reviewing cost and impact; identify cost-saving opportunities. + Participate in the integration process with internal IT Acquisition team to ensure seamless and timely transition of telecommunications services and account billing data. + Coordinate with vendors to ensure accurate carrier service agreements, letters of authorization, and other required documents are updated and established. **_Qualifications:_** + Associate’s Degree or equivalent + Three years of related customer service experience in an IT or corporate vendor administration environment + Intermediate MS Office applications skills + Comprehension and fluency in telecommunication terminology and technical concepts + Excellent verbal and written communication skills + Ability to work independently and across departments to accomplish goals and objectives **_Why Join Us?_** + Full compensation/benefits package for full-time employees. + 401(k) with company match + Paid time off and holiday pay + Complex work adding value to the organization’s mission alongside a great team of co-workers + Enjoy job security with nationwide career development and advancement opportunities **We have meaningful work for you – come join our team –** **_Apply Today!_** Sevita is a leading provider of home and community-based specialized health care.
