Telecommunications Analyst | Information Technology
This position collaborates with Health Information Technology (HIT) teams to design and implement technology solutions, maintain and optimize telecommunications infrastructure, monitor system performance, troubleshoot applications and network issues, and ensure the security and integrity of Logan Health's data and communications systems. Qualifications: + Associate’s Degree in Computer Science or equivalent work experience with relevant certifications (e.g., Cisco CCNP). + 4+ years of enterprise telecommunications experience, including deployment and support of VoIP, cellular, and traditional telephony systems. + Strong knowledge of enterprise infrastructure, fleet management, cybersecurity, and transitioning projects from implementation to support. + Experience with Cisco phone systems and other telephony platforms (e.g., ACDs, PBX, call centers, RCFs, POTs, PRI, unified solutions). + Proven project management skills. + Prior Telecom Analyst experience preferred. + Excellent customer service, problem-solving, and team collaboration skills. + Strong organizational and communication abilities; capable of handling sensitive/confidential issues with professionalism. Key Responsibilities: + Collaborate with leadership and vendors on enterprise cloud and local infrastructure design and implementation. + Develop and support telecom systems, fleet controls, and security protocols across the organization. + Lead and support technical projects, ensuring timelines, documentation, and functional requirements are met. + Provide Tier 3 support and technical expertise for complex telecom and infrastructure issues. + Monitor and maintain systems in compliance with CISA and NIST cybersecurity standards. + Drive continuous improvement by researching new tools, trends, and methodologies in network infrastructure and cybersecurity. + Safeguard sensitive information by applying HIPAA-compliant security practices. + Take ownership of outcomes, set priorities, and work independently while aligning with team goals. Shift: Day Shift - 8 Hours (United States of America) Monday through Friday 8-5 some support and project work scheduled off standard hours.
