Directs all telephone inquiries to the appropriate area or person while maintaining strict confidentiality for all patient information. Makes all announcements, such as drills and/or disasters, paging of authorized personnel and relaying of messages. Monitors emergency alarms and notifies responsible parties when required. Operates a variety of communication equipment to include radio consoles, telephones and computer systems. *Minimum Education* High School Diploma or Equivalent *Minimum Work Experience* One year of experience in telecommunication systems and general office practices preferred. *Required Skills* Requires critical thinking skills, decisive judgment and the ability to work with minimal supervision.
