**Your role and responsibilities**

Lead and Manage a Team: Supervise and mentor a team of Telecom Network Service Order Managers, ensuring high performance and professional development.
*
Oversee Telecom Service Orders: Manage the complete lifecycle of telecom network service orders, ensuring timely and accurate execution from quote initiation to test and turn-up.
*
Strategic Team Coordination: Work closely with telecom providers, technicians, and internal teams to optimize the coordination of installations and service modifications.
*
Project & Workflow Optimization: Oversee telecom projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget, while continuously improving team workflows.
*
Advanced Data Analysis & Reporting: Utilize advanced Excel skills and other analytical tools to generate reports, monitor performance, and drive data-informed decision-making.
*
Stakeholder Communication: Act as the main point of contact for executives, cross-functional teams, and external partners, ensuring effective and strategic communication.
*
Compliance & Process Improvement: Ensure all team activities adhere to industry regulations and company policies, while implementing process enhancements to improve efficiency.
*
Problem Resolution & Innovation: Identify process inefficiencies, troubleshoot challenges, and implement innovative solutions to streamline service order management.
**Required technical and professional expertise**
*
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Telecommunications, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
*
Experience: 5+ years of experience in telecom service order management, project management, or a related leadership role, with 2+ years of team leadership experience.
*
Skills:
*
Strong leadership and people management abilities, with a track record of coaching and developing teams.
*
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including pivot tables, VLOOKUP, macros, and complex data modeling.
*
Project management expertise, with a proven track record of leading successful telecom projects.
*
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with experience engaging executive-level decision-makers.
*
Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
*
Process optimization and continuous improvement mindset.
