**Introduction** Hiring manager and Recruiter should collaborate to create the relevant verbiage. **Your role and responsibilities** * Manage Service Order Lifecycle: Oversee the end-to-end management of telecom network service orders, ensuring accurate execution from quote initiation to test and turn-up. * Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with telecom providers, technicians, and internal teams to ensure seamless installations, service modifications, and troubleshooting. * Data Analysis & Reporting: Leverage advanced Excel skills and other analytical tools to generate reports, monitor performance, and drive data-driven decision-making. * Process Improvement & Optimization: Identify inefficiencies, recommend improvements, and implement best practices to enhance service order management workflows. * Stakeholder Communication: Act as a key liaison between departments, ensuring alignment on priorities and effective execution of telecom service orders. * Compliance & Documentation: Ensure all activities adhere to industry regulations and company policies, while maintaining comprehensive and accurate records. * Problem-Solving & Innovation: Take a proactive approach in identifying and resolving process bottlenecks and operational challenges. . **Required technical and professional expertise** * Education: Bachelor’s degree in Telecommunications, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field. * Experience: 3-5 years of experience in telecom service order management, data analysis, project coordination, or a related field. * Skills: * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with experience in data-driven decision-making. * Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including pivot tables, VLOOKUP, macros, and data modeling. * Experience in project management and process optimization, with a focus on efficiency and accuracy. * Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to coordinate cross-functional teams. * Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment. * Detail-oriented and strategic mindset, with a continuous improvement approach. **Preferred technical and professional experience** Hiring manager and Recruiter should collaborate to create the relevant verbiage.
