Job Description

Administration and maintenance of Linux servers in large-scale production environments;

Management of users, permissions, security policies, and system performance tuning;

Daily support for critical systems underpinning IPTV and OTT platforms;

Development of automation scripts using Bash, Python, or similar languages;

Deployment and maintenance of monitoring tools, especially Prometheus;

Collaboration with networking, development, and operations teams to ensure service reliability;

Troubleshooting and resolution of complex technical issues;

Documentation of system configurations, procedures, and incident management.

QualificationsBS/MS degree in Computer Science/Software Engineering or an IT related discipline;

Minimum 4 years’ experience as a Linux Systems Administrator;

Strong expertise in various Linux distributions (e.g. CentOS, Ubuntu Server, Debian);

Solid understanding of server administration, including user/group and permission management;

Proficient in scripting (Bash, Python, or equivalent) for automation and operational tasks;

Hands-on experience with monitoring solutions, particularly Prometheus;

Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in high-availability environments;

Team-oriented with good communication and autonomy.
