Responsibilities The Telecom Operator answers phones in a courteous manner, directing individuals to the correct department/individual, and answers any property information questions. Qualifications Job Requirements: High school diploma or GED equivalent. 1+ years’ experience working with phone systems. Effective oral communication skills. Preferred Job Requirements: Computerized data entry experience. Rate of pay is determined based on experience and education, and may include other pay components such as differentials and call pay based on role.
