Job Title: Telecom II, Telecom Infrastructure Operations & Analysis Job Description • Assist in planning, design, and implementation of telecommunication services • Develop detailed project plans, manage telecom projects from proposal to implementation • Work closely with Clients, IT Network Team, Procurement and Vendors to ensure timely delivery of telecommunication needs. • Review and maintain the Global Telecom Circuit Inventory and ensure timeliness of system update on any new circuit installation, bandwidth upgrade and circuit deactivation. • Create a forecast for worldwide telecom spend and perform monthly analysis of variance vs budget and vs actuals • Provide a recommendation on ways to mitigate and improve telecom spend • Establish and maintain a standard telecom cost per seat for all geos • Assist in the annual budgeting of telecom spend • Highlight any delays and drive timely completion of telecom project • Ensure timely renewal of expiring telecom circuits, and compute for any incremental spend and/or savings to be generated upon renewal, if there’s any • Ensure timely and proper payment of billing to telecom vendors and prevent disconnection of any telecom services • Monitor and report all over and under telco payment, and drive on time reconciliation and settlement with telecom vendors • Creates weekly and monthly telecom spend and update management during monthly meeting • Investigate and report ambiguous telecom charges to IT • Handle and review data circuits capacity and availability and ensure existing circuits have sufficient capacity to support existing and growth requirements • Handles RFQ, RFP and commercial arrangements for data accounts Location: PHL Quezon City - EXXA Tower, 7th floor Language Requirements: Time Type: Full time **If you are a California resident, by submitting your information, you acknowledge that you have read and have access to the Job Applicant Privacy Notice for California Residents (https://www.concentrix.com/resource/job-applicant-privacy-notice-for-california-residents/)**
