About the Role

As a key contributor in our sales organization, this role is designed for a dynamic professional who thrives on applying broad product knowledge to real-world client needs. You’ll play a pivotal role in executing strategic sales plans, managing your territory, and directly engaging with clients to drive results. This position also offers the opportunity to mentor new team members and contribute to performance development, making it ideal for someone who enjoys both individual impact and team collaboration.

Responsibilities

Developing and applying broad knowledge of products and solutions

Interpreting internal-external business issues and applying them to your role

Managing territory and resources to execute sales plan developed by manager

Training new team members and providing input to employee performance evaluations

Solving problems in straightforward situations; analyzing possible solutions using technical experience and judgment and precedents

Having direct contact with clients with moderate opportunity to negotiate

Requirements

Have functional knowledge of products and solutions

Be able to interpret and apply internal-external business issues to your role effectively

Be able to analyze and solve problems using technical expertise, judgment, and past precedents

Demonstrate excellent interpersonal skills while engaging directly with clients

Be able to work within guidelines and policies

Be able to plan and monitor territory approach and resources while adhering to sales plan developed by manager

Be willing to train new team members and provide input to employee performance evaluations
