Telco ISV Account Manager , Telco EMEA IBU

We're looking for an experienced Sr. Account Manager to grow our business with a strategic ISV partner. In this role, you'll set long-term strategies and execute daily to grow the partnership while building and maintaining broad relationships across the organization. You'll work alongside a talented team, developing and managing opportunities, and collaborating with extended resources to drive adoption of AWS technologies for developers. You'll spend your days engaging with executives, engineers, and other leaders, thinking strategically about business, product, and technical challenges, and crafting compelling value propositions that address real customer needs.

We're looking for someone who brings both business and technical expertise to the table - someone who can have meaningful conversations with CxOs and architects alike. You should have a proven track record in complex account management and experience driving adoption of new technologies. Strong analytical thinking and the ability to work cross-organizationally to build consensus are key. Key job responsibilities
· Drive revenue and market share in a defined territory or industry vertical;
· Meet or exceed quarterly revenue targets;
· Develop and execute against a comprehensive account/territory plan;
· Create and articulate compelling value propositions around AWS services;
· Accelerate customer adoption
· Maintain a robust sales pipeline
· Work with the AWS partner ecosystem to extend reach and drive adoption;
· Understands and has experience with how customers make buying decisions in a multi-vendor eco- system
· Manage contract negotiations
· Develop long-term strategic relationships with key accounts
· Set account strategy and lead internal account teams
