Production support experience Payments domain experience Transaction level Monitoring Team lead experience SQL queries JD: Candidate should know the Java & Spring Boot. Postgres & MySQL. Good knowledge of Unix command. Good knowledge of Linux. Knowledge of Shell scripting. Knowledge of Payment domain (UPI / PPI / PG / POS). ITIL certified or Support process knowledge. Should be able to troubleshoot, debug and do the RCA of the issue. Should be able to follow up with the internal & external teams for issue resolution. Lead & mentor the team for monitoring and managing production support.
