Varicent Sales and Performance Management suite Application Support Analyst¬ Expected joining date: Immediate Experience: 2 to 3 years’ experience

 

 

Your key responsibilities

 

Participate in incident management P1 / P2 ticket analysis, requirement analysis for enhancements. Investigate Varicent issues reported and provide fix as necessary. Test and deploy applications and systems. Revise, update, refactor and debug code. Collaborate with internal teams to produce software design and architecture, external teams like Varicent support for base issues. Improve existing software. Develop change requests throughout the software development life cycle (SDLC). Excellent troubleshooting and communication skills. Attention to detail. Should have understanding and experience of software development best practices. Excellent business communication skills. Willingness to work in night shifts and on-call support.

 

 

Skills and attributes for success

 

2+ years’ experience in configuring Varicent’s Sales and Performance Management suite Commission and compensations configuration experience for life insurance and annuities products Familiarity with SPM batch setup, underlying data model, and integrations Understanding of software design principles Experience with React, Redux, .NET, and TypeScript Experience with REST APIs and single-page applications Knowledge of SQL for data manipulation and reporting Experience in data analysis and report building using Varicent or similar tools Excellent troubleshooting and communication skills. Attention to detail. Should have understanding and experience of software development best practices. Excellent business communication skills. Education in Information Technology or equivalent working experience. Have exposure to working in shifts and on-call support.

 

 

To qualify for the role, you must have

 

Strong in following technologies (minimum 1-year hands on experience on the below mentioned tech stack).
