Technology Transformation Centre of Excellence (COE) Leader

 

The opportunity  

As our Technology Transformation Centre of Excellence (COE) Leader you’ll report to the Oceania Pursuits and Commercial Excellence Leader, the Technology COE Leader will work with Consulting Technology Leadership and Markets Leadership to help develop and execute the technology pursuit pipeline including pursuit leadership for strategic opportunities.

 

This is a hybrid position based in Naarm – Melbourne or Warrang – Sydney. Our roles can potentially be adjusted to work flexibly with reduced hours. Please speak with us about potential options. 

 

Your key responsibilities as a COE Leader

Works with Consulting Technology Leaders, Technology FOP Leaders and Alliance partners to define pursuit pipeline over three year horizon Oversees and contributes to qualification and actively challenges teams on winnability and deliverability of opportunities Connects with wider Clients and Industries teams to find ways to work better together to increase win probability including:  Client Executives  Brand Marketing and Communications team - Pursuit and Account Based Marketing Teams EY wavespace team CX team to leverage client feedback

Pursuits

Leads large complex technology pursuits in capacity as Pursuit Leader including working with engagement teams on stakeholder engagement strategies, contact plans, value proposition development, proposal development and presentation coaching Supports pursuit teams with technology solution development and liaises with EY alliance eco system where appropriate

 

Skills and attributes for success 

15+ years or more sales related experience 3+ years of experience at the Director level or equivalent in a similar role Strong understanding of Technology Implementations such as SAP, Microsoft, PEGA, Salesforce

 

Ideally, you’ll also have the skills and attributes below but don’t worry if you don’t tick all the boxes. We’re interested in your aptitude, attitude and willingness to learn.  

Experience in selling/delivering Managed Services, Business Process Outsourcing and Cloud Technology solutions Strong sales and commercial skills on complex, large deals Excellent oral and written communication skills Excellent planning, time management and organisational skills
