What You Will Do:
Client Value Creation
Lead complex engagements where technology adoption requires fundamental organizational transformation
Work with prospective and current clients to identify additional value creation opportunities for technology to enable organization and mission transformation
Develop strategies with clients that align technology capabilities, human capital, new ways of working and organizational culture to improve performance
Federal & Public Sector Sales and Delivery
Leverage deep understanding of federal technology needs, procurement, culture, and operations (e.g., budget and regulations) to grow the business
Build relationships with federal CIOs, CDOs, and senior executives to increase awareness of Guidehouse capabilities and shape opportunities
Help federal agencies leverage technology and organizational excellence to outperform peer organizations
Lead project delivery and serve as a technology transformation change subject matter experts for both large programs and targeted advisory projects
Practice Development & Leadership
Establish and scale a Technology Organizational Transformation practice, working closely with other technology / advisory consulting and industry teams
Develop methodologies, approaches and frameworks on technology integration and organizational transformation that work within government environments
Build and mentor a team of core practitioners that embed into technology projects
Work with learning and development to identify and create training programs for cross-functional team members
Market Positioning & Thought Leadership
Establish Guidehouse as the premier firm for technology-enabled organizational transformation
Publish thought leadership on the intersection of technology transformation, AI, and organizational change
Engage clients on how AI and emerging technologies reshape management and enable organizational change
Build relationships with technology ecosystem partners around organizational adoption challenges
What You Will Need:
15 + years of progressive leadership experience driving technology change, developing client relationships, managing large scale projects, creating client deliverables as a senior executive within a large consulting provider
Bachelor's Degree
Proven track record of shaping, selling, and delivering complex technology projects.
Able to travel up to 50%, as needed.
Ability to recruit and develop a high-performance team.
Track record of building practices and developing people
Understanding of how to drive technology enabled change within large organizations
Strong executive presence, polish, and communication skills to engage C-suite executives and senior government officials
Deep understanding of emerging technologies (AI, automation, cloud, data analytics) and their organizational implications
Proven track record leading change management large-scale organizational transformations
Significant experience in federal sector, understanding bureaucratic dynamics and procurement processes
Ability to make strategic connections with clients and articulate complex solutions clearly
Exceptional ability to communicate vision and build consensus around complex technology change initiatives
What Would Be Nice To Have:
Prior experience in a large consulting firm or systems integrator.
Outstanding project management skills to manage billing, training, work product development and supervision of colleagues.
Proven track record of successful new business generation, and demonstrable ability to sell, deliver and manage highly visible engagements of $10M+ sales annually
Presence and credibility to successfully collaborate and work with Guidehouse’s own highly regarded business development team.
Desire and ability to effectively collaborate with other related Guidehouse technology and lines of service to cross-sell relevant products and services.
Intellectually adept with superior negotiation and influencing skills and ability to relate to range of senior level internal Guidehouse and external client stakeholders.
High level of business acumen and commercial awareness.
Self-driven, energetic, and able to thrive in a results-oriented, entrepreneurial, analytical environment.
Preference will be given to candidates living near a Guidehouse office
The annual salary range for this position is $226,000.00-$376,000.00. Compensation decisions depend on a wide range of factors, including but not limited to skill sets, experience and training, security clearances, licensure and certifications, and other business and organizational needs.
