Job Responsibilities
Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills
Up to 6 months of experience in problem-solving and delivering support to help resolve issues in real-time, including hardware, software, and network support.Utilize established problem-solving techniques and diagnostic tools to systematically identify, analyze, and resolve technical issues, ensuring minimal downtime and optimal system functionality.Proficient in SQL Server, with the ability to conduct data analysis and reporting.Demonstrated ability to perform effectively under pressure, maintaining composure and delivering results in high-stress environment.Preferred Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills
Familiarity with troubleshooting techniques for hardware, software, and technology systems.Experience with Electronic Data Interchange (EDI) processes and systems.Knowledge of healthcare billing and management applications is a plus.Proven experience in effectively communicating with customers through phone and email to resolve issues and provide exceptional support.Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience, demonstrating a strong foundation in technical and analytical skills.FEDERAL DEPOSIT INSURANCE ACT:
