Overview Rogue Valley Manor is looking to fill a Technology Supervisor position. What you’ll be doing: You will supervise community technologies and related facility support for systems and services including but not limited to; emergency call systems, security systems, telecommunication systems, computer endpoints, TV, A/V, Wi-Fi and Internet connectivity. You will also assist the PRS IT Department with remote troubleshooting and setup of computer and networking hardware as needed. Instill this principle into the minds of your team members. Manage and supervise all department team members. Organize and schedule team members so that routine work and special projects are completed effectively and efficiently. Provide progressive performance management that includes timely team member appraisals, training, coaching, mentoring, and counseling, and support team members so they can be held accountable for abiding by all standardized practices, expectations, policies, and procedures set forth by you, your community, and PRS. Monitor and maintain accurate team member timecards for your department and ensure timely submission to Payroll. About you: Minimum of 3 years’ experience in IT and/or technical support or a related field. Mitel certification or pursuit of the certification once beginning employment. CompTIA A+ certification preferred or pursuit of the certification once beginning employment. Previous experience overseeing technology teams, low voltage systems, internet connection systems and hardware/software troubleshooting. Knowledge of cyber-security and compliance, IT asset management, technology project management and system deployments. Advanced computer skills, including expertise in Microsoft Office and Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS), and knowledge of internal computer components, networking equipment identification, and computing environment concepts.
