As a PCD Technology Specialist you help HEINEKEN breweries world-wide to become more connected and future proof, whilst keeping in mind the security and resiliency requirements. The team acts as a trusted advisor and collaborates between the global IT and cyber security departments and the local breweries to improve the solutions in their OT / Process Control Domain.

 

We develop and deploy technologies for automation, engineering and IT teams in our breweries and ensure that the right IT and OT security measurements are in place and technologies are fit for purpose. In our journey, we aim to build a robust foundation of the OT / Process Control Domain to support the digital transformation agenda of HEINEKEN.

 

In the role you act as a consultant that is part of the PCD Capabilities product team. You are involved in your specialized topic/product and will support in improving that production. This is done in close collaboration with the product team, product owner, and other global and local teams that are involved.  

 

This role is part of the D&T department of HEINEKEN International and is located in Heineken Global Shared Service in Kraków. Your responsibilities would include:

 

acting as a technology specialist in your domain that advises and helps improving our technology / security products the ability to work with local teams at the breweries to help them translate and implement what is centrally developed the ability to understand the different technical security aspects and requirements for PCD and how this can be implemented in the breweries the ability to understand the business requirements and translate them to solutions and technologies will be implemented globally in Heineken OpCos creating and developing infrastructure blueprints for PCD; aligned with the PCD security roadmap developing fit-for-purpose technologies to support and facilitate the automation process in the breweries and prepare all required technical documents and operational setup.

You are a good candidate if you have:

 

have minimum 5+ year experience in similar industry as IT/OT engineer have a bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience understand the Agile mindset and have basic knowledge on working in a Scrum team demonstrate end-to-end ownership on work that you do have strong knowledge in IT/OT infrastructure and security architecture have the ability to translate IT infrastructure and security architecture to apply it on the PCD/OT environment are familiar with the Process Control Domain (PCD) and industrial security standards (e.g.:  IEC 62443/ISA 99, NIST SP 800-82, NERC CIP) have the technical knowledge to support local IT teams to fill in any technical knowledge gaps are familiar with the different OT/IT protocols have the ability to develop and write the PCD security guidance and standards have excellent written and verbal English.

You are the perfect candidate if you:

 

are in possession of network certificates (e.g. CCNA, CCNP..etc.)  are in possession of any security certificates (e.g. CSSA, GICSP, CISSP, CISM or SABSA).
