Technology Specialist I (On-Site)
The purpose of a Technology Specialist I role is to provide hands-on technical assistance across our Venue Support Center office, focusing on executive-level support, conference room technology, and audio-visual systems (including TVs and video conferencing). This role is critical in ensuring seamless technology operations for day-to-day office use, high-profile executive meetings, and company-wide communications.

Job Responsibilities​​Provide in-person technical support within the office environment. This requires active engagement with playmakers and ELT members to understand issues, troubleshoot problems on-site, and take the appropriate next steps to ensure timely resolution.​ (50% of time)Respond, resolve, or escalate technical Support requests submitted to the Support Center help desk ticket system. (45% of time)Provide hardware technical support repair for Dell laptops, Dell desktops, and Copier devices. (5% of time)Critical Skills & Experience RequirementsHigh School Diploma in General Studies (Required)2+ years of Technical Support or equivalent support environment (Required)2+ years of Previous experience working in the IT field (Preferred)Ability to work a range of different work schedulesProficient knowledge of Microsoft Windows, Mac, and iOS Operating SystemsWorking knowledge of Microsoft Office 365 administrationProficient knowledge of Dell laptop and desktop repairWorking knowledge of copier printer and scanner devicesAbility to communicate technical information, both verbal and written to a wide range of end-user skill levelsAbility to effectively prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure environmentWorking knowledge of computer networking (TCP/IP)
