As a Technology sales support specialist, you will join the cloud presales team responsible for representing Wolters Kluwer in the Sales cycle as a Cloud and Security Subject Matter Expert. In this role, you will be a key contributor, working closely with sales, legal, compliance, cloud operations and our product team to sell the Enablon Cloud SaaS offering.
As a contributor in the NAM (North American) region, you will be providing expertise, advice, training and technical support for various pre-sales activities.
In your day-to-day life, you will work closely with the Sales Team to understand our customers' requirements, answer requests for proposal, requestion for information, and security questionnaires, stay up to date with the market standard for cloud security and local regulations that might impact our Cloud SaaS Offering, review the InfoSec portion of contracts, present our cloud service catalog and deployment models, and interact with prospects and customers regarding our Enablon SaaS Cloud Offering.
Responsibilities:Supporting sales, including activities such as supporting bid responses (RFx), technical discussion/presentation, coordination of supporting technical resources and contract review. Providing expert technical knowledge in the areas of: Assist and facilitate the conversation around security, audit, compliance, data sovereignty, penetration test findings, cloud security controls, access and identity management, and software security. Explain how processes work around incident handling and proper change management. Benefits of using public clouds like Azure and AWS. Collaborate with prospects during the pre-sales process to understand their strategic, business, technical and security and compliance needs. Analyze the clients’ overall technical requirements throughout the sales process, understand the key customer technical challenges and translate these into the right cloud services offering to meet their business needs. Explain, educate and breakdown complex technical topics and integrations in a clear and articulate manner through different training and workshops. Provide in-depth knowledge of the Enablon SaaS cloud platform. Support a successful transition from pre-sales to project implementation. Follow market trends around cloud and industry best practices, building deep relationships with technical leaders inside and outside of the company, contributing to publications, white papers, blogs and sales collateral. Participates in projects and business transformation activities related to the Cloud Services line of business. About You:Strong customer relationship management experience and cross-teams collaboration skills Ability to understand and work with new emerging technologies, methodologies, and solutions in the Cloud. Must enjoy working in a highly collaborative and fast paced environment. Ability to communicate complex topics to different levels in an organization Familiarity with regulatory compliance and industry best practices such as HIPAA, NIST, FedRAMP, security and privacy ISO27001 and SOC 1/2, audit and compliance. Familiarity with IT frameworks such as NIST-CSF Education and Certifications: Master's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or similar field; Fluent in English and additional language (e.g. Spanish, French) Excellent client-facing presentation Self-motivated and continuous learner Detail-oriented and analytical Experience working in a dynamic and high-pressure environment 1 year of Information Technology experience required or relevant work experience Security and Cloud related certification are preferred, such as but not limited to AZ900, AWS Cloud Practitioner, CCSP, CompTIA Security+Our Values
