The Technology Specialist for MAS is responsible for deploying and maintaining business-specific applications and hardware. This role involves user onboarding, troubleshooting issues, managing software subscriptions, and collaborating closely with the Technology Manager on ongoing projects and technology-driven process improvements.

Key Job Responsibilities

Deploy and maintain MAS-specific applications and hardware for both new and existing employeesPerform data entry and system maintenance tasksCreate, manage, and update various images for OE diagnostic platformsInstall, troubleshoot, and configure OE software as requiredAssist field technicians with PC & software related issues & updatesMonitor software licenses, track expiration dates, and proactively renew subscriptionsPartner with cross functional teams to improve employee and business performanceCollaborate and support the Technology Manager with various ongoing IT projects and system enhancementsComplete training as assigned

Required Education and/or Experience

High School Diploma or Equivalent requiredAssociate’s degree, technical certification, or equivalent training in Computer Science or related IT fieldMinimum 2 years of relevant IT support experienceStrong proficiency with Microsoft Windows environmentsCompetency with Google Workspace toolsExceptional attention to detail, analytical thinking, and organizational skillsExperience or knowledge in automotive diagnostic tools and platforms is a plusEffective communication and customer service skills

Compensation Details:

$62,500 - $67,500 / Annually
