We are seeking an experienced and driven Technical Manager to lead and oversee the technical execution of MEP engineering projects. This role requires a deep understanding of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems, strong leadership skills, and a commitment to quality and innovation. Key Responsibilities + Lead and manage multidisciplinary MEP engineering teams on complex projects + Oversee technical design, quality control, and project delivery from concept through construction + Coordinate with architects, contractors, and clients to ensure design intent and project goals are met + Provide mentorship and technical guidance to junior engineers and designers + Ensure compliance with applicable codes, standards, and client requirements + Support business development efforts through technical input and proposal development Qualifications + Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or related Engineering field (Master’s preferred) + Professional Engineer (PE) license required + 8+ years of experience in MEP design and project management + Proven leadership in managing technical teams and delivering high-quality engineering solutions + Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and MEP design software + Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $100000.00 - $200000.00/yr.
