JOB DESCRIPTION:

Evaluate the current technological landscape, identifying opportunities for optimization and enhancement across hardware, software, and systems architecture. Gather insights on system performance, usage patterns, and user behaviors, using this information to drive optimization initiatives. Develop and implement technology optimization strategies that align with business goals, scalability requirements, and emerging industry trends. Identify bottlenecks, inefficiencies, and vulnerabilities within existing systems, and work to enhance performance, stability, and security. Streamline workflows and processes by implementing automation, integration, and other efficiency-enhancing technologies. Work closely with IT teams, software developers, engineers, and business stakeholders to gather requirements, provide technical guidance, and implement optimization strategies. Under the direction of management, drive execution of action items and top priorities by implementing Technology-wide initiatives and programs. Aid in and ultimately ensure the timely completion of strategic technology projects. Prepare and distribute training materials regarding technologies, processes, and operations based on the needs of team members. Build strong relationships with Technology leaders and employees; and leverage these relationships to identify improvement opportunities, as well as successes that need to be shared and celebrated. Unveiling multi-dimensional insights from our technology Financial Outlook by analyzing business cases, resource types, geographical factors, and more. Monitor for and identify priorities that require senior technology leadership focus. Develop presentations, documentation, and communications as needed with a view to capturing and disseminating content that needs to be shared with technology leadership team. Leverage AI-driven trend analysis in our court data, identifying gaps in coverage, and conducting pattern analysis on violations. Conduct a comprehensive analysis of our centralized logging capabilities, communicate findings across teams, and propose suggestions based on the findings. Perform other duties as needed.

REQUIREMENTS:

Bachelor’s (or foreign equivalent) degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field required.2 years of experience in job offered or related occupations required.Also required is: 2 years of experience in: financial reporting, data analysis, and using insights to drive informed decision-making; and working collaboratively in cross-functional teams and adapting to evolving priorities; systems architecture, cloud technologies, network infrastructure, and software development; conveying technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders; successfully overseeing large scale projects, working with multiple teams, and using project management methodologies and tools; leading test-driven development and maintenance; using Agile methodology; and leveraging technical metrics to empower technology executives to make effective decisions.Employee reports to LexisNexis Risk Solutions, Inc. office in Boca Raton, FL, but may telecommute from any location within the U.S.Experience can be concurrent.
