In this role, you will:
Manage and develop team of individual contributors with low to moderate complexity and risk in Technology OperationsManage the operational outcomes of key IT services delivered by network services and operations, database services, infrastructure services including server and storage servicesIdentify and recommend opportunities for technology operations process improvement and developmentLeverage metrics to support infrastructure associated with applications that are highly automated, and latency sensitive, client facing and internal applications consumed by the BusinessLeverage enterprise tools to digitize work-flows as appropriate, asset and configuration management, metrics and measurement of services including availability SLAs, OLAs, mean time to recovery, repeat incidents and issuesInstill repeatable processes that consistently meet SLAs and OLAsManage backups, recovery and ensure recovery includes periodic tests to ensure business continuityWork with IT risk management, compliance and all lines of defense, including Audit, to ensure platform risks are proactively managedInstitute controls in partnership with Operation Risks to ensure risk management is sustainableManage the costs, demand and resource capacity for the team resources, leveraging external resources as neededMake decisions and resolve issues regarding resources, objectives and operations of technology operations to meet business objectivesInterpret and develop policies and proceduresCollaborate with and consult with peers, colleagues and multiple level managersManage allocation of people and financial resources for technology operationsMentor and guide talent development of direct reports and assist in hiring talent
Required Qualifications:
4+ years of Technology Operations experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education2+ years of Leadership experience2+ years of experience utilizing ServiceNow, navigating reporting and analytics capabilities2+ years of experience working in cross-functional Agile teams with Product Owners, Scrum Masters, and Developers.
Desired Qualifications:
4+ years of experience in desktop support, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or managerial role.Proficiency in troubleshooting and supporting Windows and Mac operating systems, Microsoft Office Suite, and common desktop applications.Strong leadership and team management abilities, with a focus on developing and motivating team members.Lead planning and execution of MAC (Move, Add, Change) activities, including after-hours coordination and resource management.Experience with ServiceNow Field Service Management (FSM) moduleExcellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with both technical and non-technical users.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and make sound decisions under pressure.Ability to motivate and provide performance feedback to staffStrong analytical skills with high attention to detail and accuracyStrong time management skills and ability to meet deadlinesAdvanced knowledge of Cloud ComputingExposure to financial services environments

Pay Range
Reflected is the base pay range offered for this position. Pay may vary depending on factors including but not limited to achievements, skills, experience, or work location. The range listed is just one component of the compensation package offered to candidates.
$120,000.00 - $196,000.00
