Join our team and start your journey today! We are seeking a highly skilled **T** **echnology Operations Analyst** to support our Technology initiatives! The ideal candidate will be responsible for bringing to bear technology to improve service delivery and operational efficiency. The role is responsible to ensure that technology solutions align with business goals and deliver value. This role is accountable for analyzing, designing, and recommending technology solutions that meet business requirements and improve operational efficiency. This job is based in **Cluj-Napoca, Romania.** We provide a flexible working schedule with the option of **working hybrid.** **In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:** + Assist in implementing new technologies within GBS to streamline processes, reduce costs, and enhance service quality. + Support the Service Excellence team focused on HR technology, automation, and process improvement. + Analyze current technology to identify automation and improvement opportunities. + Help develop and implement new technology and automated processes. + Gather and analyze data related to technology, process performance, and efficiency. + Collaborate with teams to understand business requirements and workflow needs. + Stay updated on technology, automation, and process improvement techniques. + Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of implemented technology and process improvements. + Ensure compliance with company policies and industry standards. + Optimize service delivery through technology, including developing or enhancing self-service portals, chatbots, and other digital tools. + Analyze technology performance and service delivery data, creating reports to identify trends, issues, and improvement opportunities. + Provide technical support to the shared service team and train members on new technologies and systems. + Ensure technology solutions meet quality standards and align with organizational policies and regulations. + Manage technology-related projects within the shared service center, ensuring timely and budget-compliant delivery. + Liaise with technology vendors and service providers to ensure optimal service and value. + Identify and mitigate technology-related risks, including cybersecurity risks, within the shared service center. **For This Role You Will Need:** + A bachelor's degree in human resources, information technology, computer science, engineering, or a related field is often required. + 2+ years of relevant experience in technology or similar roles. + Proficiency in specific technologies relevant to the role, database management systems (e.g., SQL, Oracle), and software development methodologies (e.g., Agile, Scrum). + Experience with Workday and ServiceNow platforms and services. + Relevant work experience in technology analysis, IT support, software development, or a related area. + Familiarity with industry-specific regulations and compliance standards that affect technology use and data security. + Meticulous attention to detail to ensure accuracy and quality in technology solutions and documentation. + Fluency in English. + Proficiency in at least one additional language (French, Italian, Spanish, Romanian, or Czech), both spoken and written. **Preferred Qualifications That Set You Apart:** + Understanding of business processes and how technology can be applied to solve business problems and improve efficiency. + Proficient in verbal and written communication to explain technical details to non-technical partners and to engage with team members. + Experience with project management tools and techniques to oversee technology projects from conception to implementation. + Ability to learn and adapt to new technologies and changing business needs + Ability to work effectively in a team environment and collaborate with other groups. + Strong interpersonal skills to build relationships with collaborators and work collaboratively across the organization. + Technical Skills and Knowledge:  Certifications such as Certified Business Analysis Professional (CBAP), Certified Data Analyst (CDA), or specific certifications in tools like Tableau or Power BI. Experience with Workday HCM (Human Capital Management) modules, including Core HR, Talent Management, Recruiting, and Payroll. Knowledge of Workday integration tools and techniques, including EIB (Enterprise Interface Builder) and Workday Studio. Experience with ServiceNow modules, particularly in HR Service Delivery, Incident Management, and Knowledge Management. Familiarity with Workday Studio. Skills in managing and analyzing data within ServiceNow, including reporting and dashboard creation. Capability to assess HR metrics and data to aid in decision-making processes. Statistical analysis and the use of statistical software. Proficiency with Microsoft Suite. Familiarity with programming languages such as Workday Studio. **Our Commitment to Our People** Across the globe, we are united by a singular Purpose: Sustainability is no small ambition.
