**Unternehmensbeschreibung** **Publicis RED+** is a new, custom agency set up within Publicis Groupe, largely based in DACH and UK, but with team members all around the world. We have a new assignment for the global Derma and Healthcare business of Beiersdorf, the fastest growing skincare company in the world. Our sister agency Publicis One Touch handles the global NIVEA business since 2019 in local, regional and global markets, creating even more scale for our agency business. RED+ brands include highly successful Eucerin/Aquaphor (dermatological face/body care), and Hansaplast (wound care), both brands with deep heritage and very bright futures. Our scope of work is end-to-end, including all global strategic, creative and production duties, as well as market implementation. Our remit is to usher in a new era of brand leadership and global consistency for these brands. Our team is international, high-performing and focused on fulfilling our new mission with true partnership amongst ourselves and our clients. **Purpose of Role:** Technology is a key strategic pillar in the delivery of our services to clients. We are increasingly expected to provide both operational delivery and consultancy services as a team, supporting both our own and our clients digital transformation journeys. We are a small team dedicated to Beiersdorf, but we have the support of the wider group commitment and investment. Publicis is leading the agency world with technology investment in media, data and content, so it is an exciting time to be part of an ever-evolving area. Technology Manager will act as a POC for the agency and also directly works with Key client partners. This role will work as go-to expert for multiple solutions across automation, workflow, implementation of AI, providing training, support, and proactively identifying and addressing any system-related challenges within multiple department areas. **Stellenbeschreibung** System Support: + Manage team requests for a system changes, ensuring alignment with the overall system strategy. Example: workflow change, brief form changes. + Proactively monitor system performance, identifying and troubleshooting issues to ensure seamless operation and high availability, collaborating with the MarTech Manager on any performance issues related to MarTech integrations. + Collaborate closely with the 3rd party system provider to address bugs, request enhancements aligned with the MarTech roadmap and stay informed about new releases and updates. + Manage the rollout of new system releases, including testing, communication, and user training + Provide live and effective support to client and agency users experiencing technical difficulties with the system Onboarding & Training: + Develop in collaboration with the Tech team, deliver and continuously update training programs for internal teams and clients on all aspects of the selected tools implemented in our content development process, from basic navigation to advanced functionality with support of MarTech Manager. + Conduct regular training sessions to onboard new users and provide refreshers for existing teams on new system features and integrations with MarTech solutions. + Proactively identify knowledge gaps related to system usage in conjunction with MarTech tools and processes and provide tailored training solutions. Data & Reporting: + Create and maintain dashboards and reports within the system to track key performance indicators (KPIs) related to system usage and MarTech integration effectiveness. + Generate reports for stakeholders to communicate system performance and demonstrate the impact of implemented improvements, highlighting the role of MarTech in driving efficiency and effectiveness. Continuous Improvement & Change Management: + Gather feedback from users to understand pain points related to the system's integration with MarTech tools and processes, identifying areas for improvement, and recommending solutions to optimize system performance and user workflows. + Work closely with the MarTech Manager to stay informed about industry best practices and emerging technologies, evaluating their potential impact and relevance to the system and overall MarTech strategy. + Work collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders to implement system enhancements and process improvements that drive efficiency and user satisfaction, aligning with the overall MarTech roadmap and priorities. + Act as a change agent, proactively communicating system updates, enhancements, and training opportunities to ensure user adoption and smooth transitions, coordinating closely with the MarTech Manager on communication and rollout strategies. + Maintain of workflow platform flows, including new additions and templates creation. **Qualifikationen** + 4+ years of experience as a System Administrator, System Analyst, or in a similar role with a strong focus on training and user support. + Excellent understanding of system administration principles and best practices, with a strong interest in marketing technology and its application in end-to-end workflows. + Proven experience in developing and delivering engaging training programs, with the ability to adapt content to different audiences and technical skill levels. + Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with technical and non-technical stakeholders. + Ability to work independently as well as part of a global team, demonstrating strong initiative and a proactive approach to problem-solving. + Experience with project management systems. + Passion for technology and a commitment to delivering exceptional user experiences. + Experience in senior stakeholders’ management + Good communication in English, both verbal and in writing + Knowledge of systems like Asana, Storyteq, GRIP, DAM is a plus **Zusatzinformationen** Creative, innovative and interesting projects for a globally trusted and successful brand.
