Technology Lifecycle Services Internship

If so, let’s talk. **Your role and responsibilities** At TLS we support the infrastructure where most companies in the word run their applications including cloud computing to name one. We are the foundation of our clients IT infrastructure including Mainframes, Servers, and Storage solutions. "We keep the modern world running." We are looking for people interested in developing a career in a great environment providing support to peers, working with IBM tools to give value to our clients. Main responsibilities will include helping on our case handling platform with reporting and dashboards, auditing and improving the way we work using AI. We will provide you with the education and tools needed for you to be successful. You will learn about our business unit and all available roles herein. **Required technical and professional expertise** * Student within the last year of Computer Engineering, Software Development, or any IT related field. * Outstanding positive attitude and team player. * English: Advanced both spoken & written. * Ability to diagnose and troubleshoot basic technical issues. * Time Management and Prioritization skills * Attention to details and ability to work under pressure. * Ability to effectively learn new processes and tools. * Curiosity & Growth Mindset. * Basic understanding of operating systems. * Basic Excel and Microsoft Office knowledge. **Preferred technical and professional experience** * Some experience in Customer Service Roles. * Knowledge & experience working in Linux or UNIX Systems * Customer obsessed and ready to gain experience in the Customer Support area.
