Technology Leadership Manager – Service Technology

The Manager, We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Technology Leadership Manager to join our Service Technology team. In this role, you will play a critical part in supporting our CRM Service platform by collaborating with design engineering and testing teams to drive products from design completion through to volume production release. You will work closely with our development and architecture teams to validate product designs, and facilitate product evaluation and qualification for cutting-edge technology components. **Key Responsibilities** + Responsible for all aspects of software, cloud, or hardware product delivery and performance. + Works within specific guidelines and procedures + Applies advanced technical knowledge to solve moderately complex problems + Receives assignments in the form of objectives and determines approach, resources, schedules and goals + Ensure adherence to production schedules and guarantee that products meet all specifications and quality requirements + Collaborate with Site Reliability Engineering (SRE), product engineering, quality assurance, and business teams to analyze and provide technical support for resolving customer product-related issues + Make strategic decisions regarding resource allocation, project approaches, and tactical operations for departmental projects and initiatives, fostering cross-departmental collaboration and maintaining regular communication with other managers **Use your skills to make an impact** **Required Qualifications** + Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field. + A minimum of 4-6 years of experience in project management, team leadership, technical experience, and technology delivery utilizing an Agile delivery model. + Proven expertise in planning, executing, and managing technology projects from initiation to completion, including resource allocation, budget management, and risk assessment. + Experience in hiring, training, and mentoring team members, while fostering a positive work environment and providing constructive performance feedback. + Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills, which are essential for success in this role. + Strong understanding of relevant technologies, including Salesforce, MuleSoft, AI, and other emerging CRM and Call Center technologies. + Commitment to maintaining an up-to-date understanding of industry trends and relevant technologies. + Advanced experience in leading special projects and generating metrics, measurements, and trend reports. + Possess 10+ years of progressive experience leading continuous improvement efforts, with the ability to identify, evaluate existing systems, and implementing process improvements to enhance the efficiency and quality of technology delivery. + improvements. + A passion for contributing to an organization dedicated to continuously improving consumer experiences. **Preferred Qualifications** + MBA or other Advanced Degree + Demonstrated ability to manage large-scale, highly visible programs with oversight of multiple project teams. + Experience as part of a large enterprise team. + Possess a solid understanding of operations, technology, communications and processes + Working knowledge of Salesforce.com ServiceCloud, HealthCloud, and Lightning + Experience in GenAI and PredictiveAI Solutions + SAFE 6.0 Certifications. + Salesforce Certifications. + Understanding of System Integration Testing, Load Testing, Performance Test, User Acceptance, Test Class coverage, Testing, and Salesforce.com Cloud Integration If you are a driven leader with a passion for technology and a commitment to enhancing consumer experiences, we invite you to apply for this exciting opportunity.
