As part of the Technology & Data Solutions, the Technology Governance Coordinator is responsible for delivery of technology governance support for Cushman and Wakefield’s global technology platform across all service lines and its clients.Job Description
About the Role:
IT Security & Compliance Support: Assist with vendor and client security compliance, maintain asset compliance inventory, support documentation for disaster recovery and penetration testing, and coordinate with auditors on standards like SOC2, ISO 27001, and GDPR.
Risk & Access Management: Conduct user access and role reviews, manage vulnerability assessments, and ensure timely resolution of security issues in line with best practices.
Vendor Management & QBR Coordination: Manage vendor relationships, schedule and prepare Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs), circulate materials, track action items, and support contract lifecycle activities in partnership with IT Procurement.
Release & Change Management: Oversee change management for critical systems, document and communicate release updates, manage uptime/error reporting, and handle SSL license renewals.
About You:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or related disciplines.Preferred experience in Technology Governance, IT Security or Compliance Support.Strong project coordination, attention to detail, effective cross-functional communication, independent problem-solving, and process documentation and improvement skills.Why join Cushman & Wakefield?
