If so, lets talk. **Your role and responsibilities** * The Expert Labs Seller is responsible for accelerating the adoption of Technology Expert Labs engagements across the sales teams and growing revenue by partnering early in the sales cycle with Cloud, Systems, Infrastructure, and TLS Sellers. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs, and providing tailored solutions Develop strategic sales plans, identify key opportunities, and execute tactics to drive revenue growth Demonstrate strong negotiation skills to effectively close deals, handle objections, and secure favorable terms for both the company and the client Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, including marketing, software and hardware sellers, and customer service, to ensure a cohesive sales approach **Required technical and professional expertise** * Ability to identify customer needs and tailor software solutions to meet those needs, demonstrating how the product can solve specific business problems. Knowledge of how to implement and integrate software solutions within various IT environments, ensuring seamless deployment and operation. Skills in managing customer relationships post-sale to ensure successful adoption, usage, and satisfaction with the software services. Providing ongoing technical advisory and support to customers, helping them optimize the use of the software.
