Your Role:

 Tenable is seeking a Technology Engineer to help implement, manage, and support a wide range of technologies. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining and patching critical infrastructure, assisting users with issues related to networking and systems we manage, and supporting various IT initiatives. You will work with hardware, software, cloud environments, and SaaS providers to ensure optimal functionality, security, and performance across our technology stack.  

Your Opportunity:

Manage and update various networking equipment to maintain security and performance.

Gain hands-on experience managing cloud environments using infrastructure-as-code tools like Terraform.

Assist in collecting and analyzing auditing data from our extensive technology stack.

Contribute to securing our infrastructure against evolving threats.

What You'll Need:

Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience.

Expertise in Networking and in both Windows and Linux operating systems.

Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.

Knowledge of Routing Protocols such as OSPF and BGP

Experience configuring Cisco Switches and Routers

Experience with enterprise wifi solutions

Experience troubleshooting complex network problems.

A proactive mindset and a strong desire to learn new technologies.

And Ideally:

Experience with Cisco ACI

Experience with Firewalls (Fortigates, Cisco ASAs)

Experience with cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or GCP.

Familiarity with infrastructure-as-code tools like Terraform or CloudFormation.

Knowledge of identity and access management (IAM) and SSO configuration.

Exposure to security best practices for SaaS applications and cloud environments.

Scripting or automation experience with Python, PowerShell, or Bash.
