•Execute and manage technology collaboration to meet project objectives

•Explore new customer collaboration opportunities
Key Responsibilities•Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing key contacts. Proactively engage to expand the network within customer R&D functions.
•Establish new relationships through cold calls, industry events, exhibitions, and by leveraging existing networks.
•Identify decision-makers, influencers, and information providers for targeted technologies and collaboration projects.
•Gather technology information by visiting key contacts to enhance the technology portfolio of owned accounts.
•Identify customer needs for technology development and communicate key requirements to internal stakeholders.
•Coordinate internal resources to create technology offerings for proposed collaboration projects.
•Lead the initiation and execution of projects for your owned accounts with cross-functional teams. Manage the project pipeline to maximize value for customers and the account team.
•Identify technology development trends for your owned accounts to provide insights and technology reports to the account team and internal program team, aiding in the generation of account strategies and aligning with our technology offerings.
•Perform missions and tasks assigned by supervisors.
Experiences/Education - Required•Bachelor's degree or higher in Science or Engineering.
•Experience in project management, business development, or marketing is advantageous.
•Strong business and technological acumen, coupled with a proactive, can-do attitude.
•Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to establish relationships quickly.
•Familiarity with display technologies and their extensions.
•Keen awareness of the industry landscape, market intelligence, and the latest industry trends.
•An eager learner with a growth mindset, target-oriented, and passionate about the transforming display industry.
•Ability to manage multiple projects and work effectively across diverse skill sets, including strategic, technical, and sales.
•Strong presentation and writing skills to communicate effectively with all relevant participants and stakeholders, both external and internal.
