In this role, you will:
Manage a team of engineering managers and engineering leadsFocus on delivering commitments aligned to enterprise strategic prioritiesBuild support for strategies with business and technology leadersGuide development of actionable roadmaps and plansIdentify opportunities and strategies for continuous improvement of software engineering practicesProvide oversight to software craftsmanship, security, availability, resilience, and scalability of solutions developed by the teams or third party providersIdentify financial management and strategic resourcingSet risk management guidelines and partner with stakeholders to implement key risk initiativesDevelop strategies for hiring engineering talentLead implementation of projects and encourage engineering innovationCollaborate and influence all levels of professionals including more experienced managersLead team to achieve objectivesInterface with external agencies, regulatory bodies or industry forumsManage allocation of people and financial resources for Technology Strategic LeadershipDevelop and guide a culture of talent development to meet business objectives and strategy
Required Qualifications:
8+ years of Technology Strategic Leadership experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education4+ years of management or leadership experience

Technology Operations ExperienceKnowledge and understanding of Enterprise monitoring, observability and automation.Experience of driving large scale organizational change management initiativesExperience in Infrastructure and application production supportITIL and IT Service ManagementUnderstanding of Site Reliability Engineering Principles

Lead IT Transformation for an ‘Always ON’ Production managementRun day to day command center operationsDrive Reliability Culture within the teamComplex situation management capabilitiesProvide management direction and leadership of all technology command center teams either via direct line or through dotted line influenceManage and develop teams of individual contributors and command center managers in roles with moderate complexity and risk in Technology OperationsRegularly interact with technical first responder teams including IT Operations, Mainframe Operations, Wholesale Service Level Management, Cyber Fusion Center, and Digital Channels etc.Lead Service Operations support for public and private cloud, SaaS, IaaS, PaaS etc.Regularly interact with senior managers and leaders concerning business process impact during large incidentsCoordinate policy and procedures with BCP, Root Cause Analyst and Service Level Management teamsEngage and interact with line of business and technology leaders of Enterprise IT Process Technology Operations Management owners, managers, and subject matter experts.Identify and recommend opportunities for technology operations process improvement and developmentLeverage metrics to support infrastructure associated with applications that are highly automated, and latency sensitive, client-facing, and internal applications consumed by the BusinessDrive key strategic initiatives associated with technology availabilityWork with IT risk management, compliance, and all lines of defense, including Audit, to ensure platform risks are proactively managedInstitute controls in partnership with Operation Risks to ensure risk management is sustainableManage the costs, demand, and resource capacity for the team resources, leveraging external resources as neededDetermine appropriate strategy and actions of technology operations team to meet deliverableInterpret and develop policies and proceduresCollaborate with and influence all levels of professionals, including more experienced managersManage allocation of people and financial resources to ensure commitments are met and align with strategic objectives in technology operationsDevelop and guide a culture of talent development to meet business objectives and strategy
