Contract Duration: 9 Months+ with extensions or FTE conversion **Required Skills & Experience** + 2+ years of Business Systems Data experience, + 2+ years in business systems / reporting ops with hands-on exception monitoring & remediation + Proven SLA delivery, root-cause analysis, and clear documentation + Strong written/verbal communication; cross-functional collaboration **Desired Skills & Experience** + Loyalty/Rewards (credit card) domain exposure + Mainframe (z/OS, JCL) familiarity + Process improvement experience + Strong Attention to detail **What You Will Be Doing** + Support the Co-Branded & Branded Credit Cards Loyalty/Rewards space by monitoring control and exception reports, correcting identified defects via front end systems, and driving process efficiencies and report consolidation—all within published SLAs. Partner with technology, operations, and risk/control teams to deliver timely, auditable fixes and strengthen reporting quality.
