Technology Business Analyst

Job Description Summary

As a key member of our Global Technology Services team, the IT Business Analyst will support the successful delivery and support of technology solutions across real estate and facility management functions. You will work closely with clients, internal stakeholders, and external vendors to configure systems, lead data validation efforts, support integrations, and enhance reporting capabilities. This role requires a strong analytical mindset, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently within a structured service delivery model.

Key Responsibilities

Solution Implementation & Configuration

- Lead the configuration of client solutions, including user access, hierarchies, and business rules.
- Conduct data validation and migration activities, including data mapping and acceptance testing using standardized templates and tools.
- Support system integration tasks by preparing file specifications, performing data mapping, and coordinating UAT activities.
- Develop and validate reports and dashboards to support operational and financial reporting needs.
- Facilitate client workshops and feedback sessions to ensure solutions align with business requirements.
 

Client Support & Operational Oversight

- Manage and resolve L2–L3 support requests in collaboration with technical teams and vendors.
- Track and coordinate monthly billing or chargeback processes related to client technology services.
- Provide training to client users and internal stakeholders on new features and configurations.
- Maintain clear documentation of system configurations and client-specific setups.
 

Process Optimization & Documentation

- Contribute to the continuous improvement of internal delivery practices by maintaining implementation guides, SOPs, and knowledgebase articles.
- Participate in internal initiatives that enhance automation, improve data quality, and streamline onboarding for new clients.
- Support junior colleagues by sharing knowledge and best practices informally or through onboarding sessions.
 

Cross-Functional Collaboration

- Collaborate with project managers, solution architects, and application SMEs on complex implementation projects
- Liaise with vendors to follow up on technical deliverables, raise issues, and ensure timely resolution.
- Participate in roadmap discussions to identify opportunities for platform improvements and process automation.
 

Qualifications & Skills

- 3–5 years of experience in IT business analysis, ideally in enterprise SaaS or real estate/facility management domain.
- Solid understanding of system implementation lifecycle, data migration principles, and testing methodologies.
- Experience with data tools (e.g. Excel, ETL templates, SQL) and reporting platforms.
- Strong analytical and communication skills to interact with both technical and business stakeholders.
- Experience in working with vendors and cross-functional, international teams is a plus.
