You Are:

The Technology Business Analyst will work closely with the business and technology departments to map and optimize processes for a specific domain. This role requires strong communication, organizational, and documentation skills; preferably experience with data and process analysis.

 

The opportunity:

·       Process Mapping: Perform detailed mapping of financial processes using Six Sigma methodologies to identify areas for improvement.

·       Business Analysis: Collaborate with business and technology teams to understand business needs and objectives, proposing appropriate technology solutions.

·       Documentation: Prepare and maintain clear and detailed documentation of processes, requirements, and proposed solutions.

·       Communication: Facilitate communication between business and technology teams, ensuring that both clearly understand the objectives and requirements.

·       Project Management: Participate in project management, ensuring that proposed solutions are implemented effectively and within established timelines.

·       Process Optimization: Identify opportunities for process optimization and continuous improvement, using Six Sigma tools and techniques.

·       Data Analysis: Use data to support business decisions and evaluate the impact of implemented solutions.

What you need:

·       Assertive, transparent, effective, and efficient communication

·       Analytical skills to determine the real needs of the clients being served

·       Ability to lead multidisciplinary work groups to ensure they achieve established objectives and goals

·       Ability to make decisions in a timely manner and aligned with company policies and standards

·       Ability to seek and propose alternatives to clients to maximize the value of the solution

·       Ability to present and participate in various business forums

·       Technical Competencies

·       Experience in process mapping and process optimization using Six Sigma methodologies.

·       Strong ability to document processes and requirements clearly and in detail.

·       Knowledge of data analysis and related tools.

·       Knowledge of agile methodologies

·       Project Management
